American International University, Bangladesh (AIUB) has become the Champion of the 3rd Clemon Indoor Uni Cricket 2015. AIUB beat Bangladesh University in the final match held at the Mirpur Indoor Stadium on Monday. Batting first AIUB scored 141/4 in their allotted 8 over.
In reply, Bangladesh University scored 112/4 in 8 over. AIUB remained unbeaten throughout the tournament. Mehrab Hossain Junior of AIUB won the cap of the Man of the Final for his contribution with bat and a very crucial 6th over that turned the match around. Liton Das of AIUB is judged the Man of Tournament for his all-round contribution. AIUB received Tk 5 lakh as prize money for Championship in the Tournament.
Obaidul Quader MP Minister for Road Transport and Bridges witnessed the final game and handed over the Champion trophy to the winners as Chief Guest during the prize giving Ceremony.
