Air Force Chief returns from China

Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Abu Esrar, BBP, ndc, acsc returned home yesterday from China after an official visit. During his stay in China, Chief of Air Staff attended “International Flying Training Conference” from 30 October to 31 October 2016 and “11th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition” from 01 November to 02 November 2016 at Jhuhai.
The training conference ran with the theme – “Talent Innovation Collaboration Development”. Air Force leaders of more than 40 countries including 10 Air Force Commanders attended the event.
The exhibition showcased various 4th and 5th weapon systems. The event was in flying colour with spectacular aerobatic display by P L A Air Force ‘August 1st’, Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team ‘RED ARROWS’ and ‘Russian Knight’ Aerobatic Team.
He extensively interacted with various Air Force commanders on common issues and had a bilateral meeting with PLAAF Commander General Ma Xiaotion on military cooperation between China and Bangladesh at Air Force level.
Mentionable that Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Abu Esrar, BBP, ndc, acsc left Dhaka for China for an official visit on October 27 last.
It is expected that the visit of Chief of Air Staff will play an important role for strengthening the existing relations between Bangladesh and China.
