The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Kohinoor Chemical Co. (BD) Limited was held at officers Club in the city on Tuesday.
Mohammad Obaidul Karim, Chairman, Md. Rezaul Karim, Managing Director, Md. Ebadul Karim, Director, Dr. M. Shamsher Ali and Quazi Mamun-ul-Ashraf , Independent Director, Md. Ferdous Jaman, Company Secretary and Abu Bakar Siddique, Chief Financial Officer were present in the meeting.
