Everybody knows Afzal Hossain as an actor. As a writer, he has also fame. His first written book was published with his one of the intimate friends Imdadaul Haq Milon under a common cover in a book titled Jubokdoy. His friends knew Afzal sometimes writes poems. As a part of its continuation Afzal’s another friend Faridur Reza Sagor published his first poem book titled Shudhu Ektai Pa in 2011.
This year’s Ekushey Book Fair, Afzal Hossain’s another poem book titled Kon Jonaki E Andhokar Cheneni has been published. Another book compilation of his write-ups in different times titled Kothai Kothai Raat is also available in book fair. Another story book titled Jahangir Badshah Ghora is also found in the fair.
