According to actor Arfan Ahmed, he has coordinated hundred plays till now. Even he never tried to include his name as a director in those plays. But this is for the first time he has made a telefilm titled Se Kotha Gopon Chhilo.
Arfan has made the telefilm under the story written by Acharya Taposh. This telefilm is scheduled to be aired on Channel i this Friday.
Amirul Haque Chowdhury, Shabnam Parvin, Mahmudul Islam Mithu, Nadia Afrin Mim and Arfan Ahmed acted in different roles in the telefilm.
While talking about the making of the telefilm Arfan Ahmed told this correspondent, “From the beginning of my long time career I have been writing plays. I have been acting regularly. By my name I have two certificates. This time I thought I should have another certificate as a director. I have tried my level best while making this telefilm. I believe viewers will enjoy the telefilm.”
It may be mentioned that Arfan Ahmed acted first TV play was Puroshkar, which was produced by Shamsuddoha Talukder. It was aired on BTV in 1995. His acted first TV serial was Akali (1996). Under his first written story Sokal Ahmed made a TV play which was telecasted on NTV.
Now Arfan Ahmed’s several serials – Salauddin Lavlu’s The Village Engineer, Al Hazen’s Lorai and Alashpur and Raihan Khan’s Orchid – are being aired on RTV, Banglavision, RTV and Channel i respectively.
