Solo musical album of noted Tagore artiste Adity Mohsin titled Momo Rupey Beshey has been launched at a function held at Bengal Shilpalaya in the city’s Dhanmondi area on Friday evening.
Noted artist Hashem Khan unveiled cover of the album as the chief guest, while Director General of Bengal Foundation Luva Nahid Chowdhury, Chairman of Bengal Foundation Abul Khayer, among others, were present on the occasion.
There are 10 songs in the album. Title of the tracks are: Sedin du’jon-e dulechhinu bon-e, Jetey jetey ekla pothey, Na bujhey kare tumi bhashaley, Gaanguli more shaibal-er Dal, O chand, chokh-er jole laglo, Ogo dekona more dekona, Aamar angey angey ke bajai, Sokol-e phuralo swapan-o prai, O je mane na mana and Kichhuito holo na.
Pratyush Banerjee has coordinated music of the album.
After the album launching ceremony Adity rendered some of the tracks from her newly released album in the programme.
