The government has completed all the necessary procedures to bring back Kamrul Islam, the prime accused in teenage Samiul Islam Rajon murder case, from Saudi Arabia on Thursday.”Three police officers from Bangladesh have already reached Riyadh and are expected to return to Dhaka with the accused on Thursday,” said the External Publicity Wing of the Foreign Ministry here on Tuesday.The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Police Headquarters and Bangladesh Mission in Saudi Arabia has completed the procedures, it said. The government appreciated Saudi Arabia for extending all-out cooperation in this regard.Bangladesh Consulate General in Jeddah, with the help of the expatriate Bangladesh community, confined Kamrul Islam and handed him over to the Saudi police in Jeddah on July 13, 2015.
