The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) yesterday approved filing of three cases against Secretary of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Ministry Khandaker Sawkat Hossain on charge
of managing several plots from Rajdhani Unnyan Kartripakha (RAJUK), abusing his power.
The Commission, sources said, has found the evidence that Khandaker Sawkat Hossain took several plots and expanded those illegally when he was attached to the Housing and Public Works Ministry as Secretary.
The cases will be registered shortly, he said.
