The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) will get Tk 63 crore in the new fiscal year (2015-16), which is Tk 2 crore less than the outgoing fiscal year (2014-15).
Finance Minister AMA Muhith proposed allocation of Tk 63 crore for the national anti-graft body for fiscal 2015-16 in his budget speech at the Jatiya Sangsad on Thursday.
The ACC got a budgetary allocation of Tk 59 crore in the outgoing fiscal 2014-15 while revised budget was Tk 65 crore. A total of Tk 46 crore was allocated for the national anti-graft body in fiscal 2013-14.
