The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) yesterday approved the chargesheet against International Leasing and Financial Services Limi-ted’s former Managing Director Prashanta Kumar (PK) Halder and 14 of his cohorts.
According to the ACC sources, the approval was given after finding evidence of illegal assets worth Tk 426 crore, transactions worth Tk 6,060 crore in various banks and smuggling of Tk 1.16 crore in Canada.
The ACC’s Public Relations Department confirmed the information on Wednesday.
