The Bangladesh Bank has promoted GM Abul Kalam Azad to the post of Executive Director (Ex-Cadre Publications) – the highest post in the organization.
Previously, GM Abul Kalam Azad served as assistant spokesperson and director of the central bank’s Department of Communications and Publications.
The Human Resource Department of the central bank issued an office order in this regard on Wednesday. Abul Kalam Azad joined BB in 1992 as assistant director. He completed his honours, masters, and diploma degree from the University of Dhaka.
