Dhaka Abahani Limited blanked Dhaka Wanderers Club by thirteen goals to nil in their match of the Green Delta Insurance Premier Division Hockey League at the Maulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium on Thursday.
Krishna Kumar of Abahani Limited hit a hat-trick and his teammates Tajuddin Ahmed, Arshad Hossain, Gunasekar Malayalan, Mohammad Mohsin scored two goals each and their teammates Sohanur Rahman Sabuj, Musa Mia successfully struck one time each on the board.
In the day’s other match, Ajax Sporting Club defeated Bangladesh Police Hockey Club by 5-3 goals at the same venue.
Luxmindor Singh of Ajax Sporting Club scored two goals and his teammates Imtiaz Rubel, Nazmul Hasan, Gurprit Singh successfully struck one time each on the board.
On the other hand, Mohammad Alif, Nahid Chowdhury, Ziaur Rahman of Bangladesh Police netted one goal each.
