A memorandum was submitted to the State Minister for Primary and Mass Education by the Ramgarh Upazila Primary School Headmasters’ Association through the Upazila Education Officer on Thursday demanding promotions of the headmasters on the basis of seniority by amending recruitment rules of primary education department. Teachers’ Association president Giasuddin Ahmed, co-president Md. Main Uddin and other leaders were present on the occasion.
