A day long discussion meeting on “Present status & future prospects of Agro-Vet-Aqua consulting opportunities in Bangladesh was held at the Dean Conference Room, Faculty of Agriculture of Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) in Mymensingh on Saturday, organized by Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) in collaboration with Getway consulting.
 Professor Dr. Lutful Hassan, Vice Chancellor (VC), BAU, was present as chief guest and Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Jashimuddin Khan, Dean council Convener Prof. Dr. Md. Nurul Hoque, Students Affairs Adviser of BAU Professor Dr. AKM Zakir Hossain, BAU teachers council President Professor Dr. Md. Zainul Abedin were present as special guests at the meeting.
Dr. Kh. Helal Uddin, Convener of the convening committee of Getway Consulting, presented keynote paper and moderated the discussion programme. Professor Dr. Md.Abu Hadi Noor Ali Khan, Director BAURES presided over the programme.
With the aim of proving consulting services, to the entrepreneurs, govt. semi govt, private and international organizations a strong platform to be developed and innovative service module will be designed and offered under this platform and resourceful consultants’ pool will be mobilized; the programme discussed.
Professor Dr. Lutful Hassan, VC, BAU, emphasized engaging professionals of all hierarchy and practicing consultancy service keeping research and education in priority in order to ensure that all parties are benefited through these collective efforts.
