Internationally acclaimed film actress Bobita always tries to celebrate the New Year with her colleagues under homely arrangement. Due to Corona pandemic, this year she could not arrange any programme to celebrate the New Year. But she cooked alone in a mud stove on the roof of her residence in the capital’s Gulshan area and also fed presented all. During cooking, she also snapped
photos of her cooking on mobile phone also. Then she shared these photographs with her close persons.
While talking about cooking foods in a mud stove Bobita said, “I invite several times in a year cooking foods with mud stove. Many of my favourite persons present with me. This year due to Corona, I couldn’t do anything. However, I along with my house cook prepared delicious foods and then fed these. Everybody knows cooking in
a mud stove becomes delicious to taste. Everybody pray for me as I can remain well.”
Bobita also said that on January 5 was the birthday of her younger sister film actress Champa. Due to Corona, she could not celebrate the day with her. Therefore, staying at home, Bobita also worked as judge in the contest
of foreign language films category in a film festival titled Global Youth Film Festival Bangladesh, which
was organised in Bandarban recently.
Nargis Akter’s Putro Ekhon Paisawala was Bobita-starrer her last released movie.
