Noted play couple Syed Hasan Imam and Laila Hasan will complete 50 years of their conjugal life today. They started their conjugal life 50 years ago on this day at Laila Hasan’s father’s residence in the city’s Wari area.
While sharing his feelings in this regard Syed Hasan Imam told this correspondent, “We are really feeling well that we still remain physically fit, we are also still working in media. Everybody pray for us.”
Laila Hasan shared her feelings by this way, “I couldn’t realise how we had passed 50 years of our conjugal life. I am very much satisfied to get him beside me in my life for a long time.”
This couple has two daughters – Sangeeta and Rumjhum and a son named Sakkhor. They have four grand children.
Now this popular couple is acting together in Abul Hayat’s directed play Akasher Oparey Akash and Ehsanul Haque Selim’s directed serial Durotto.
Mostafa Monwar’s produced Roktokorobi and Mukhora Romoni Boshikaran are mentionable plays where this couple performed together.
They also worked together in Goutam Ghosh’s directed movie Moner Manush. Later they again worked together in Sohel Arman’s directed movie Eito Prem. July 27 is birthday of Hasan Imam and August 8 is Laila Hasan’s birthday.
