A large Hilsha fish weighing 3.20 kg has been sent to the Prime Minister’s office as token of adherence. An official of the Prime Minister’s office received it at the gate on Friday.
One Qurban Ali from Bhola purchased the fish paying Tk 12,200 and brought it to Dhaka for the Prime Minister.
A fisherman caught the fish in the river of Meghna and sold it on auction for more gain.
Qurban Ali took part in the auction and won the bid.
