Chittagong Bureau :
A mobile court in Chittagong convicted nine drug peddlers for selling ganja and use of drugs . Mobile court magistrate Monoara Begum announced this verdict of convincement on Sunday .
The convicted persons are Rafiqul Islam, Md. Selim, Osman Gani, Md.Jalil, Md. Didar, Ratan Chakraborty , Mir Abul Hossain , Md. Jasim and Md. Munna. These drug peddlers and addicts were given punishment of different terms .
Deputy Director of Narcotics Department, Chittagong Mukul Joyoti Chakma told that these drug peddlers are doing this drug business since long and destroyed the environment of old railway station area and the youth s are becoming demoralised by taking drugs.
