A total of 82,422 students got scholarship in the Primary Education Completion (PEC) and Ebtedayee examinations held in 2019.
“The scholarship results were published which announced following the results of Primary Education Completion (PEC) and its equivalent
Ebtedayee examinations,” State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Md
Zakir Hossain said this recently while unveiling the results at the ministry’s conference room in the city.He said among them, 33,000 students got scholarship under a talent pool while 49,500 under general category.
The state minister said the number of scholarship increased this year apart from enhancing the amount of the scholarship money. The students who got scholarship under the talent pool will receive Taka 300 per month, while those under general category will get Taka 225 per month, he said.

The Primary Education Completion (PEC) and Ebtedayee examinations-2019 were held in November last year with participation of 29,03,638 examinees.
