Some 6,221 doctors who came out successful in the 33rd BCS examination under the health cadre will join the government job today Thursday.
The selected physicians have been asked to appear at Bangabandhu
International Conference Centre in the city from 7am to 11am on the day to report their joining.
After their joining, Health Minister Mohammad Nasim will address the newly appointed government doctors.
Mohammad Nasim told UNB on Wednesday that the physicians will be posted in rural areas as the government is pledged-bound to reach the healthcare services to the people’s doorstep.
