Police conducted drives in different areas of Godagari upazila of Rajshahi and detained seven members of banned militant outfit Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) Wednesday.

Rajshahi Superintendent of Police (SP) Md Shahidullah said that they earlier detained two burkha-veiled women while they were distributing leaflet on the evening of Pahela Baishakh, in Godagari.
On information gathered from them, police detained the six early Wednesday.
