Staff Reporter :Detective Branch (DB) of Police in a drive seized forged currency notes worth around Tk 1.20 crore from capital’s Mirpur area on Monday night.The law enforcers also recovered various tools used in producing fake notes from their possession.The DM men arrested six suspected members in this connection, said Muntasirul Islam DeputyCommissioner (Media) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP).The police official said, “On secret information, a team of DB police conducted a drive in the area and arrested them.”They have different teams across the country, he said.A case was filed in this connection, the DC said.
