Six mayoral candidates in Lalmonirhat Municipality attended a “Meet the people’s programme” on railway Shahid Minar premises on Saturday morning. The meeting was organised by Sushashoner Jonno Nagorik (Sujon).
Sujon arranged the programme with a view to building awareness among the voters and candidates to ensure free fair and credible election through a healthy atmosphere. Professional, students and voters of deferent communities attended the programme.
Voters wanted to know from the mayor candidates about their future development programmes and civic facilities. The aspirants answered the questions of the people.
