A total of 514 police officials have been awarded the IGP Exemplary Good Services badges for their best performance in 2018.
Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Mohammad Javed Patwary handed over the awards to the winners at a ceremony in Razarbagh Police Lines in the capital on Wednesday afternoon.
The award also includes Tk 20 thousand for each of the winners.

personnel who showed best performance in a parade were also awarded on the occasion of Police Week 2019.
They received the awards during the Police Week 2019 that began across the country on Monday with the theme “Build unity of police-people, eliminate drug-militants.”
