Five Bangladeshis were killed in a road accident when a bus rammed in Oman on Saturday.
Five Bangladesh citizens also received injuries in the accident that took place around 4am local time, reports news agencies.
All the dead and injured hailed from Chattogram.
The dead are Md Omar Farooque, Minhaj, Mamun, Milad and Rubel, hailed from Sandwip of Chattogram.
According to the victims’ families, 10 expatriates were returning home by a vehicle after fishing in the Arabian Sea.
The vehicle overturned as the driver lost his control over the steering in Duqm, a port town, around 4am, leaving five dead on the spot and five injured.
The injured are undergoing treatment at the ICU of a locl hospital.
The condition of two stated to be critical, said their families.
