Farzana of Cox’s Bazar District Sports Association bagged gold medal in the 36 kg weight category of girls’ division of the 4th Juvenile & 5th National Bashap Competition at the gymnasium of National Sports Council on Friday.
Abika of Rangpur District Sports Association claimed gold in the 28 kg weight category of girls’ division, Abibur Rahman of Natore District Sports Association clinched gold in the 28 kg weight category of boys’ division and Mahmud Rudra of Noakhali District Sports Association earned gold in 48 kg weight category of boys’ division.
Today Deputy Minister for Youth & Sports Arif Khan Joy, MP will distribute the prizes among the winners as the chief guest. President of Bangladesh Bashap Association Sheikh Maruf Hasan, Director of Neel Sagor Group Mahmubul Alam Manik will be present at the time.
