Customs officials recovered approximately 46 kg gold from flight at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Monday. Director General of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Directorate Mainul Khan said the gold was recovered from a flight of Bangladesh Biman ‘BG 048’ from Dubai which arrived at the airport via Chittagong around 8:30 am. He said the gold was hidden behind the mirror panel of the toilet of the flight. –UNB, Dhaka.
