Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) arrested four professional snatchers from city’s Badurtala area on Tuesday. Police also recovered TK 10.2 lakh from their possession which was looted from a businessman.
The arrested were identified as Abdullah Al Noman,21, Mohammad Dalim,22, Tariqul Islam Lishan,20 and Parvaj Mohammad Tuhin, 28, all from Panchliash and Chawkbazar thana areas in the city. On information, a team of Panchlish thana arrested them from Al-Madani road area under city’s Panchlish thana at around 2.45am while they were sharing the looted money.
