Four people were killed in a collision between a passenger bus and a private car in Belabo Upazila of Narsingdi district on Friday.
The identities of the deceased could not be known yet. All of them are passengers of the private car.
The accident took place on Dhaka-Sylhet highway in Dariakandi area around 5:00 pm.
Belabo police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Safayet Hossain confirmed the matter to media.
He said the incident occurred when a Dhaka-bound bus from Bhairab collided with a private car from opposite direction, leaving four people dead on the spot and one injured. The injured person was taken to a Bhairab hospital.
