Planning Minister M A Mannan MP told the graduates of Leading University, Sylhet to be spirited and enriched with the spirit of our Liberation War.
The Planning Minister was delivering the presidential speech on behalf of the Honourable Chancellor President Adve Abdul Hamid, President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Held at the Leading University’s Kamlabazar-based campus in the south western suburb of Sylhet City on Wednesday, the 3rd convocation ceremony of LU was addressed among others, are Convocation Speaker former Vice-Chancellor of Jahangirnagar University and former Planning Commission Member Dr. Sharif Enamul Kabir, Chairman of the Board of Trustees Philanthropist Dr. Syed Ragib Ali, Vice-Chancellor of the university Prof. Dr. Kamruzzaman Chowdhury and others.
