37th AGM of Atlas (BD) held: The 37thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) of Atlas Bangladesh Limited under the Bangladesh Steel and Engineering Corporation, held on Sunday through virtually under the chairmanship of Md Shohidul Hoque Bhuyian, Chairman of the company. The AGM approved no dividend for its shareholders. Abdul Wahed, Anowar Hossan, Akhter Hossain, Directors, Engineer Abdul Malek Morol, Managing Director and Sanjoy Kumar Datta, Company Secretary of the company, were also present, said a press release.
