City Mayor AJM Nasiruddin has declared salary increased by 30 percent for the seboks(conservancy staffs) and other employees of the Conservancy Department of Chittagong city corporation.
He declared the salary increase at a rally at its auditorium on Tuesday .
He said the incrased salary will be paid from the month of January . City Mayor in his brief speech in the Seboks rally said the reputations of the city depends over the services of the Seboks and these seboks work with hard labour and dedications.
City mayor hailed the Seboks for working in the night conservancy work for better interests of the city dwellers. He also said for better performance of the seboks, city corporation provides uniform, radium jersey, hand gloves, footwear, winter sweaters, musks, radium helmet, torch light etc to them.
