Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) recovered 30 crude bombs from Lalabazar area of Sadar upazila on Thursday morning.
On secret information, a team of the elite force conducted a raid in a mango orchard in the area around 6.00am and recovered 30 crude bombs in an abandoned condition, said Major Kamruzzaman Pavel, camp commander of Rab-5.
The bombs were kept in the area to carry out subversive activities during hartal, added Kamruzzaman.
The recovered crude bombs were deposited to local RAB camp.
