A team of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive caught three snatchers, who were identifying themselves as the members of Detective Branch (DB) of police and another law enforcing agency in the city’s Uttara area.
The detained men are Ilias Sikder, 28, Milon Sikder, 29, and Nasir Uddin, 32.
The elite force members also recovered two pistols,

The elite force members also recovered two pistols,
four rounds of bullets and a private car, RAB official said.
RAB-1 Operation Officer Samira Sultana said that a team of the elite force conducted a raid based on information near the Airport at Uttara and detained them with the arms and car.
They confessed to RAB during the initial interrogation that they were members of city fraud gang, she said.
A case was filed with the Airport Police Station in this connection, the RAB official said.
