I will submit no-confidence in the court after getting the copy of charge sheet,” she told the newsmen.Of the six accused in the case, only Nur Hossain was arrested in India. Other five are still absconding.Lawyer of the case Sakhawat Hossain alleged that the police submitted only one charge sheet though two cases were filed after the killings. The five who were acquitted from the case are: general secretary of Siddhirganj thana Awami League Hazi Yasin Mia, Iqbal, Hasmat Ali Hasu, Awami Swechhasebak League thana unit general secretary Aminul Hoque Razu and Anwar.Eleven others have also been excluded from the murder charge. And he had also planned to kill Nur Hossain after completion of Nazrul murder mission.Meanwhile, the Home Ministry sources said that India’s Foreign Ministry had recently informed Dhaka that Nur Hossain would be extradited with due process soon. Earlier, on September 4, Bangladesh requested India to extradite Nur and some other criminals who have been hiding there. After Nur was arrested in India, Bangladesh officials sent documents related with seven-murder case to the Indian Home Ministry.Officials said, the government has taken step to bring back Nur Hossain from India. Nur Hossain, who had been on the run since the incident, was arrested in West Bengal of India on June 14 last year for illegal entry. The investigation procedures have been completed about four months ago.
