Narsingdi Press Club (NPC) has accorded reception to three elected officer-bearers of the Jatiya Press Club (JPC) at a function in Narsingdi on Friday.
The office bearers are: JPC General Secretary Farida Yasmin, Joint Secretary Shahed Chowdhury and Treasurer Kartik Chatterjee.
At the same time Narsingdi Press Club also accorded reception to Advocate Asaduzzaman, the newly elected Chairman of Narsingdi Zila Parishad, and gave farewell to Deputy Commissioner Abu Hena Morshed Zaman.
NPC President Morshed Shahriar presided over the reception held in the hall room of the club.
The function was addressed, among others, by former Principal of Narsingdi Government College Mohammad Ali, Principal of Abdul Kader Mollah City College
Dr Moshiur Rahman Mirdha, Secretary of the club Shofiqul Mohammad Manik and former President Nibaran Roy.
