Jhenaidah police have arrested three muggers from Baparipara and TV center area of the district town on Sunday. They have recovered Tk 50 thousands and two motor bikes from their possessions. The arrestees are Sujan Hossain, 27 son of Abdul Jalil of Kadbila village under Chowgacha upazila in Jessore, Imran Hossain, 32on of Delwar Hossain of Baparipara village under sadar upazila and his wife Ratna Khatun.
Officer-In- Charge Hasan Hafizur Rahman of JHenaidah Sadar police station said, on May, 29 some miscreants shoot the manager of Rezaul Filling station when he was going to pubali bank at Paira Chattar of the district town. At the time they natched Tk 10 lakh eight thousands along with a cheque for Tk 4 lakh 50 thousands.
Narayan Chandra Biswas of Rezaul Islam filling station filed a case with sadar police station. Police launched a drive on Saturday night at around 3-00am and arrested them.
