Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) arrested three more persons, including two girl students, on the charge of killing Nusrat Jahan Rafi on Monday and Tuesday.
The police and the PBI have so far arrested 16 people in connection with the gruesome murder.
The three accused have been identified as Jannatul Afroz, daughter of Abdul Aziz, and Kamrunnahar Moni, daughter of Saleh Ahammad, and Md Shamim, 19, the last named was a classmate of Nusrat.
PBI Additional Police Super (ASP) Moniruzzaman said that Jannatul Afroz and Kamrunnahar Moni, who carried kerosene for killing Rafi, were nabbed from madrasa examination center at Sonagazi in Feni.
Kamrunnahar and Jannatul Afroz were held according to the deposition given by two accused Shahadat Hossain Shamim and Noor Uddin before the court on Sunday.
Kamrunnagar Moni is the niece of Shahadat Hossain Shamim, one of the main accused of Nusrat murder. Kamrunnahar carried one liter kerosene on April 6 to the madrasa, the PBI official said.

Following information given by two accused, Shahadat Hossain Shamim and Nur Uddin, in their confessional statements in the court, the team conducted a drive and arrested Shamim, he added.
Shamim was one of the five who were staying outside the building to guard the main gate as well as to keep the situation normal, said the PBI official.
Nusrat, a student of Feni’s Sonagazi Islamia Senior Fazil Madrasa, was set afire on April 6 allegedly for refusing to withdraw the case filed against the principal.
She lost her battle for life on April 10 at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
