Three members of the outlawed Jamiatul Mojahedin Bangladesh(JMB) convicted with 7 years rigorous imprisonment each of the convicts for hurling hand bombs to court of a judge in Chittagong.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Shahdat Hossain Bhuyia pronounced this verdict yesterday .
The convicts are Shahdat Ali aliasShahdat, Javed Iqbal alias Mohammad and Mizan alias Jahid Islam . Among them, Mizan is now fugative. In the same verdict, each of the convicted fined with Tk.5 thousand in default to suffer more 6 months, sources said.
