Staff Reporter :Police detained three people with a foreign-made pistol and five rounds of bullets from city’s Motijheel area early Sunday.The detainees have been identified as Rabiul Islam, 35, Amanur Rahman, 38 and Saidur Rahman, 27.Moreover, a private car (Dhaka Metro-Ga-8804) was seized in this connection, police said.Motijheel Thana Sub-Inspector (SI) Rafiqul Islam said that policeconducted a drive at house in Motijheel area and arrested them with the arms.They are being interrogated in this connection, the police official said.A case was filed in this connection with the police station, he added.
