Police recovered the bodies of three unidentified young men from rail track near Noapara railway station in Madhabpur upazila on Wednesday morning.
Of the deceased, two were identified as Shipon, 30, son of Raisullah, and Butna,32, son of Nannu Miah.
Both the deceased hailed from Tengaduba village of the upazila.
Matiur Rahman, Noapara railway station master, said they noticed the bodies of the three young men, aged around 35, lying beside the rail track in the area at about 5:30am and informed police.
Later, police recovered the bodies and sent those to hospital morgue for autopsy at about 9:00am.
Osman Gani, sub-inspector at Shayestaganj Railway Police camp, said police primarily assumed that the three were crushed to death by some train.
