A mobile court in chittagong convicted Manager of Liza Poultry Dairy & Fish Feed Factory ofKalamia Bazar under Bakalia thana in city on Thursday with 6 months jail termfor alleged running the feed factory and selling of poultry feed without any legal permission, sources said. The convicts are : Manager Ali Ahmed, staffs Md. Parvez and Md. Sohel . Executive Magistrate of district administration Tamim Al Yameen led the mobile court .
District Fisheries Officer Kamal Uddin chowdhury told that Magistrate convicted them under Fish & Animal Feed Act of 2010 . Deputy Director of Fisheries department Pravati Dev and CMP police participated the mobile court drive, sources said.
