3 bodies recovered in Barisal

Dead bodies of a school girl, a youth and a neonatal have been recovered from different areas of the city on Monday.
Sub Inspector Asaduzzaman, second officer of Barisal Kotwali police station, said police recovered dead body of Tonny, 11, a student of Barguna Faizul Ulum Madrasa, from a ditch at ward-23 under Barisal City Corporation on Monday morning.
Tonny was daughter of Tunu Mia, a day labour and tenant of Abdul Khalek at Khan Sarak in Nabagram Road area of the city.
Father of the victim said Tonny went out from home at 8:00 PM Sunday to call father and became missing.
The dead body wearing check-shirt and lungi had injury marks on different parts of the body, police sources added.
Besides dead body of a neonatal boy aged only two or three days recovered from roadside of Khanpura Road in Rahamatpur union under Barisal Airport police station on Monday noon, said Sub Inspector Firoj Alam Munshi of the police station.
All of recovered three dead bodies sent to Barisal Sher E Bangla Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy to find out causes of deaths, police sources said.
