The two days long General Manager’s Conference of the Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) begins today at its head office in the city. Chief Co-coordinator of Prime Minister’s Office Md Abul Kalam Azad will inaugurate the programme as the chief guest, said a press release.
President, Senior General Manager and General Managers from eighty rural electrification association of the country will be present in the conference. On Saturday, State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral resources Nasrul Hamid will delivery speech, while Major General Moin Uddin, Chairman of BREB, will highlight the activities of the board. Secretary of the ministry, members of BREB, Director General of the Power Cell, Managing Directors of RPCL, PGCB and WZPDCL were also present.
