The newly elected chairmen of 29 union parishads (UPs) in Bhairab, Austagram, Hossionpur, katiadi and one union Parishad in Kishoreganj upazila of Kishoreganj district chairmen took oath at local Collectorate conference room on Tuesday.
Deputy Commissioner in Kishoreganj Mohammad Shamim Alam attended as chief guest while Deputy Secretary (DS)&Deputy Director (DD) in Local Government (LG) Md.Habibur Rahman presided over.
DC Mohammad Shamim Alam administered the oath to the elected Union Parishad Chairmen.
