UNB, Dhaka :
Police arrested 21 people from different areas of the city in the last 24 hours till 6am on Friday for their alleged involvement in illegal drug trading.
The law enforcers also recovered 1,733 contraband sex-stimulating tablets, 200 sachets of heroin, 850 gram hemp, 113 bottles of Phensidyl syrup and 135 injections during the ant-drugs drives.
Different police stations and Detective Branch of Dhaka Metropolitan Police conducted the drives from 6am on Thursday.
