BNP led 20-party alliance began mass contact programmes in the port city yesterday morning in different spots barricading the roads leaving miserable sufferings of the commuters.
The first mass contact programs enforced at CEPZ crossing under Halishahar thana in city by putting barricade on road as a result traffic congestions on both sides of the road turned serious scenario. The commuters are the worst sufferers in their mass contact programs. The programs of the BNP led oppositions begins in the port city from 10-45 am yesterday. Member of the Standing committee of BNP MK Anowar graced the program as chief guest.
Among others central organizing secretry Golam Akbar Khondakar, City BNP President Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, General Secretary Dr. Shahdat Hossain and other senior leaders of component parties of the alliance were present in it.
