Two workers were injured as under construction roof of a petrol pump collapsed on Sunday noon at zero-point of Barisal-Patuakhali-Bhola Highway crossing under Dapdapia union of Nalcity upazila in Jhalakathi. Fire service rushed to the spot rescuing Zakir Hossain, 40, and Riazul, 31, two construction workers, sent to Barisal Sher E Bangla Medical College Hospital, said Kazi Alauddin, acting deputy director and Barisal fire service station officer. Fire Service and witnesses sources said while casting of roof on under construction Bally Filling Station was going on since morning.
