Two unidentified bodies- one of a woman and the other of a teenage boy were recovered from different places of Brahmanbaria Sadar upazila yesterday .
Brahmanbaria General Railway Police (GRP) recovered the woman’s body aged around 25 under a railway bridge at Chhuto-Haron village on the Dhaka-Chattogram-Sylhet railway line, while Brahmanbaria sadar thana police recovered the teenage boy’s body aged around 15 from a ditch in the paddy field of Nandanpur BISIC industrial area of the upazila.
Brahmanbaria General Railway police outpost in-charge Sub-Inspector (SI) Sanaul Islam said that locals saw the dead body of the woman lying under the railway bridge and informed police, who instantly rushed to the spot and recovered the body and sent that to Brahmanbaria Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.
The SI said also she fell under the wheels of Dhaka-bound Upakul Express train and the body was cut into pieces. The identity of this woman who wore blue print salwar wasn’t found till writing this report (3:30pm).
Md. Ziaul Haque, OC (Investigation) of Brahmanbaria Sadar Model Police Station, said that they recovered the body of the teenage boy.
His body was also sent to Brahmanbaria Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy, the OC added.
