Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) on Wednesday arrested two siblings, including the prime accused, on charge of killing a college boy at Babur Ali Gate in the district town on Tuesday afternoon.
The elite force arrested the main accused, Tushar Ahmed, and his brother Nishan Ahmed, sons of Farid Karim, a resident of Amlapara area in the district town, from Majampur Gate area of the town at about 10:30 pm on Tuesday.
Tushar stabbed his friend Ashlamul Haq Zelin, 17, a second-year student at Kushtia Government College and son of Mahbubul Haq of Aruapara area of the town when he was gossiping with his four other friends at Babur Ali Gate in the town around 3:30pm.
